When you order a product from us through Google Voice, we may process your personal data. We collect this personal data through your Google account.

Your personal data will only be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes we provided under section a. Some personal data are saved in our back-up files for 7 years for administration purposes.
Under specific circumstances, we must retain your data for a longer period of time, inter alia when we are under a legal obligation to retain your data or when the data are needed for the defence of a legal claim.

Some correspondence send to and by our employees, is saved in our back-up files for administration purposes and to establish, exercise and defend our legal position in the event of claims or disputes.

We have taken technical, organizational and administrative measures to ensure that your data will not be damaged, destroyed, or disclosed to any third party without your permission. These measures include the use of: firewalls, authentication passwords, and restricted access to your data for a select group of employees.
